About our Housing Support

 

Frazier Recovery Homes was established in 2011 in response to the increasing number of people in Minnesota struggling with mental health concerns, substance use disorders and criminal justice involvement.  Frazier Recovery Homes engages its residents by providing a safe and sober recovery environment that supports successful community integration.  Frazier Recovery Homes will provide resources and referrals to local community agencies that will assist its residents with achieving their personal recovery goals.

 

Locations

All houses include both single and shared bedrooms as well as full kitchens, washer and dryers and two full bathrooms. All homes are located in residential neighborhoods not far from employment opportunities,community resources, grocery and other stores & pharmacies, gas stations and public and/or private transportation. Basic cable, internet, and home phone are provided.

Our Program

 FRAZIER RECOVERY HOMES' GOAL IS TO OFFER A SAFE AND SOBER RECOVERY ENVIRONMENT.  WE WORK CLOSELY WITH COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES, COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS  AND OTHER RESOURCES THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY.  

PROGRAM GOALS

  • Restore the health and psychosocial functioning of each client

  • Assist the client in living without dependence on alcohol and illegal activities

  • Increase community involvement which may include employment, education, volunteering or community service

  • Increase client's overall sense of well-being while promoting safety of self and others

  • Support clients in developing appropriate coping skills

  • To increase opportunities for client to obtain and maintain sobriety and stable housing in the community
